Randy Ginsburg is a natural-born entrepreneur who exudes contagious optimism. When he was eight years old, Randy learned that his father had recently sold an old photograph of him toddling through the fields of a nature conservancy for use in a corporate publication. Upon hearing the news that his picture would be featured on the cover of a magazine, Randy looked at his dad and asked, “Do I get a model fee?” From there, his entrepreneurial quest began and has continued to this day. From door-to-door snow shoveling services, lemonade stands and high-end sneakers sales, to manufacturing his own cut and sew clothing pieces, Randy has sold it all. His passion for business has carried through to adulthood as he graduated from

the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, where he earned a double major in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. When he is not speaking or writing on the world of business and entrepreneurship, he enjoys keeping up with the latest fashion news, freestyle rapping, and traveling with friends. Randy is passionate about empowering others to think outside of the box, get creative, and follow their dreams.  Book: Adversity to advantage.

Interviewed by Oprah Winfrey after writing her first book, “Standup Comedy: The Book,” Judy Carter went from playing Vegas as a headlining standup comic to become an in-demand corporate speaker. Speaking on The Power of Purpose to overcome stress and navigate change, she was featured in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, CNN, as well as being a frequent contributor to NPR’s “All Things Considered.”

Judy doesn’t like to brag, but she did write the Bible. No joke, she’s the author of“The Comedy Bible” (Simon & Schuster) as well as “The Message of You” (St. Martin’s Press).

Judy suffered from a 15 year-battle with bulimia, severe bouts of depression, and a constant feeling like she had a big purpose for being on this planet that she wasn't yet living into.

Then, she shed the shackles of who she thought she had to be, stopped seeking external approval, broke away from the traditional family dynamic, and embarked on all sorts of magnificent adventures.

Judy went from six-figure corporate success to become a yoga teacher and Reiki Master.

Her world moved from high heels to bare feet and she loved it. She became a travel writer, learned how to surf, and leaped into her biggest dream of moving to Kauai on Hawaii — that's when she launched into a whole new paradigm of being and believing in magic.

By showing up authentically, you create a better world for our children to grow up in, and she especially wants this for my daughter, Wilder.

Be brave. Be bold. Be free. And, by doing so, you fill the unique niche the world needs that could only be brought about through YOU.

Some people call him brave, some call him mad.  To face the thin air at high altitude takes a bit of both, but to Nigel Vardy, there is nothing like being on a high mountain.  Losing limbs to severe frostbite would put off all but the few, but to Nigel it was the springboard to climb, achieve and conquer.

Over the past 20 years he has climbed across the world, set mountaineering records and spoken to schools and businesses across Europe. He continues on life's adventure, forcing new boundaries and new experiences every day of his life...

Jen Grisanti’s career shifted in 1992.  Her story begins the way yours might; by working with someone who truly believed in her. She assisted and was mentored by Aaron Spelling, one of the greatest executives and most prolific producers in the business.  She learned early on how to develop a story and make a script the best it could be before it hit the air. She had the unique opportunity to give script notes on a daily basis and see them implemented weekly on shows like 90210, Melrose Place, Charmed, Medium, Numbers, NCIS, The 4400 and Girlfriends. She was near the pinnacle of her career, her path, her dream in 2004 when she became Vice President of Current Programs.   But like many of us have experienced a life changed, within a few years her career path would unexpectedly shift again. In January 2008, Jen launched Jen Grisanti Consultancy Inc., a highly successful consulting firm dedicated to helping talented writers break into the industry. David JP Phillips was raised in a small town in Sweden. Upon coming to adulthood David realized that he did not the traditional paths and chose a new path, the path of creating a new way of educating mankind in presentation skills from a biological aspect. He started saving for his first EEG (Electroencephalograph) machine so that he could read his own sinus curves on a monitor, curious to see how his brain reacted in different situations. That planted the first seed in what would become one of Sweden’s biggest companies in Presentation skills and Communication. Today, he educates people in what many fear the most, even more than death itself. That is, to stand in front of an audience and deliver a presentation. Within his company, they teach people how to become extraordinary in Presentation skills, Sales and Leadership using our own unique formula.
