Marc Miller’s career journey included 22 years at IBM, several thriving tech startups, a stint as a high school math teacher, a gig raising funds for the Jewish Community Center and a near fatal bicycle accident that changed his perspective forever.

But after thirty years of wandering the proverbial career desert, often repeating the same mistakes over and over, Marc learned his most crucial lesson: Most people don’t really know what makes them happy at their core, what fulfills them. He now uses his extensive training experience to help others—especially Baby Boomers—find careers that they could grow into for the decades that lie ahead.

Matt shares his story charting his journey from humble beginnings and a loving home in small town Oklahoma to Los Angeles, CA.  He shares about finding his path in life and along with interesting aspects of being gay.  From his early days of acting, to getting my undergrad in Opera, to getting my Masters in Clinical Psychology and working with clients--stories are his life. His ideal night is having a glass of wine and knitting away at a baby blanket while watching old Wonder Woman re-runs, as his dog snores on the other end of the couch. Find him at a comic book store nerding out for hours. He's won 2 game shows and is kinda charmed that way. Hopeful. Caring. Warm. Great stand-up.  Matt also has a podcast called the Dear Mattie Show.
