We are about learning and growth through personal stories from a diverse spectrum of people. We believe in stories. We believe that stories are a powerful way to both learn and teach. We want to encourage people to develop, own, find more meaning, leverage, forge meaning if necessary and share their personal story. We also believe there is great value in hearing other people's stories. We believe that exploring foundational ideas and beliefs through diverse personal stories is instrumental in order to discover more meaningful paths, greater happiness, and accelerated growth in one’s life.

Adrian Shepherd started his career as an ESL teacher in Japan, but today focuses on consulting with individuals and companies on productivity. His background in education helped him develop The One-Bite Time Management System (TMS), a revolutionary new system based entirely around simplicity: small bites that people can digest easily. He is based in Osaka, Japan. He used seven of my nine lives among them drowning three different times (and I'm actually a good swimmer) the last being in the form of a tsunami where my bungalow imploded around him.

Kim Interdonato lives in Long Island, New York . She is 46 years old ( ugh thank god I do not feel or act it ) and is a single mom. She has a cool energetic 8 year old son. She was a competitive figure skater as well as being a skating instructor for over 25 years. Currently, she mainly teaches power skating / hockey. She absolutely loves her job. She wrote SHOES ARE LIKE MEN after a breakup and was very down about my dating and life. One day after a lunch with a girlfriend she told her to look at my dating like trying on shoes. With that spark Kim took a long drive to the Hamptons and came up with the concept for the book. Now she is nearing her 2nd book that will be out in a few months called HEELS & HOCKEY SKATES. In it she captures a female's perspective working in the male dominated sport of hockey.

Oil is such an integrated part of most of our lives that we hardly think deeply about it.  Mostly, we hear about its negative impacts and our need to stop using it.  In this episode Jason Vidaurri and Vincent Vidaurri take a different look at the story of oil and evaluate its historical impact and influence today.  They attempt to answer questions like if it so bad then why do we worldwide keep using more of it every year?  Why should I care about oil anyway?
